WHAT IS PATHWAYS?

Pathways for Entrepreneurial Success is an inclusive entrepreneurial training program to develop the skills and the “mindset” needed to start a business.   Using the Ice House Entrepreneurship Program curriculum, which focuses on mindset as its core foundation, Pathways develops the head and heart to seek, explore, and refine the vision and steps needed to start the  business that you desire.

This 6-week program focuses on:

  • Equipping future entrepreneurs with a business mindset
  • Immersing participants in experiences that cultivate creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving
  • Promoting effective communication and accountability
  • Introducing participants to local community partners and resources that can be tapped into following the program.
